Pole fitness is first and foremost a way for women to have fun and get fit. I am primarily interested in pole fitness as a strength and conditioning modality however it is also a great way to let loose have fun and get in touch with your sensuality.

My hope is that Yolie Fitness will help women to take the time to release some tension and stress and have some good ole fashioned fun!

Intro to Pole Fitness
If you are looking for a new, fun way to exercise, this is it. Try this FREE, one time only offer, introduction to pole fitness.
Beginner Class
Level 101
This is your beginner pole fitness class. This class is where you will start to build your foundation of the pole. You will learn about safety, strength and conditioning, along with your basic moves. Everyone is welcome, it doesn't matter your body type, style, or strength. All pole classes are progressive classes.
Intermediate Class
Level 202-303
This is your intermediate pole fitness class. Take your pole tricks to the next level with spins, climbs, and beginners inversion prerequisite for the advance level class. The goal is to be able to free flow dance and incorporate the moves that you have learned in class levels 101-303.
Advanced Class
Level 404
This is your advanced pole fitness class. This class will require more strength as you will continue to learn more inverts, and various spins on the spinning pole. to take this class, you must feel comfortable with the pole.
Dance Flow
Group Pole Fusion
You will be captivated as you flow around the pole in sync with the other ladies. These slow sultry movements will inspire your inner diva as it will make you more elegant all the while toning your body.
